  7. DESCRIPTION
  8.   CreateThumbNail alllows to add a QuickTime™'s picture preview to any PICT, MooV or JFIF file, or file with a PICT resource.

  10. SYNTAX
  11.              CreateThumbNail <file name>[,<"file"|"res[=name|ID]>]"
  12.  
  13. PARAMETERS
  14.    <file name> is the full pathName of the file to handle.
  15.  
  16.    <"file"|"res[=name|ID]> defines the source file type. Default is "file", but you can also use "res=name" or "res=ID" to use any PICT resource from a file.

  18.    Using "!", "?" and "=" as first parameter will return an online help (resp. copyright,  syntax and output).

  20. USING
  21.    The XCMD requires QuickTime™. The thumbNail is visible in the preview file selection dialog of QuickTime (as implemented in FullSFPack XFCN).

  24.    If an error occurs, CreateThumbNail can return :
  25.      "Error : Not a file"
  26.      "Error : Alias file not supported"
  27.      "Error : Volume not found"
  28.      "Error : Bad Name"
  29.      "Error : File not found"
  30.      "Error : Folder not found"
  31.      "Error : File is busy"
  32.      "Error : I/O Error"
  33.      "Error : Volume is full"
  34.      "Error : Volume is locked"
  35.      "Error : No resource fork"
  36.      "Error : AppleShare insufficient privileges"
  37.      "Error : No more disk space"
  38.      "Error : Not a PICT, JFIF or Movie file"
  39.      "Error : Movie toolbox initialization failed"
  40.      "Error : CreateThumbnail requires QuickTime™"
  41.      "Error : Missing or empty parameter"
  42.      "Error : Couldn't get picture"
